Heath To Shore - Wellbeing in nature Walk

A 5 mile gentle ramble starting at Goonhilly Downs Nature Reserve Car park, walking across the heathland down to Kennack Sands. You will need a reasonable level of fitness as although the walk is relatively flat and downhill, the terrain can be boggy in parts, uneven under foot, so you will need to be fit enough to walk the distance across the terrain.

We are partnering with Natural England, Cornwall Wildlife Trust and Wildlife Groundswell to deliver this special walk, which means that you will experience insight into the rare flora & forna of the heathland, observe and learn about the inhabitants of the landscape and take part in some nature connect activities, including a guided meditation at the end of the walk when we reach the beach. It will be a gentle ramble, as we will take our time, including stops to take in nature based activities.
