Projects
Our projects and activities are designed to deliver lasting and measurable impact for individuals, communities and wider systems by improving wellbeing while strengthening local community ties.
We deliver:
Pop-up health and wellbeing workshops
-
Accessible sessions offering practical tools, education and support in familiar, local spaces.
Movement and fitness activities
-
Inclusive, confidence-building sessions that encourage active lifestyles, social connection and enjoyment — not perfection.
Nature-based projects
-
Experiences that reconnect people with Cornwall’s natural environment, supporting mental health, physical wellbeing and a sense of place.
All our activities are community-led and inclusive, creating safe spaces where people feel welcomed, supported and encouraged at their own pace.
Our Intended Outcomes are:
Improved Mental Wellbeing
Participants experience reduced feelings of stress, anxiety and loneliness, alongside improved mood, confidence and emotional resilience.
Improved Physical Health
Through inclusive movement and activity, participants increase physical activity levels, mobility and strength, supporting long-term health and independence.
Reduced Social Isolation
Individuals develop new social connections, feel part of a supportive community and report an increased sense of belonging and social confidence.
Increased Confidence & Independence
Participants gain practical tools and self-belief that support them to live more independently, engage in their community and make positive lifestyle choices.
Stronger, More Connected Communities
Local communities benefit from increased engagement, peer support networks and shared activities that strengthen social cohesion and collective wellbeing.
Reduced Pressure on Services
By supporting prevention, early intervention and community-based wellbeing, our work contributes to reduced reliance on statutory health and social care services over time.

Wellbeing in Nature Project
The aim of the project is to reconnect people with nature as a preventative solution, improving mental and physical wellbeing, reducing loneliness, and offering an accessible alternative to medicalisation through supportive outdoor experiences. The proposal would see regular social walking group sessions, Forest Bathing (Mindfulness in Nature) experiences, and ramblers walks for those who would like a more vigorous activity in nature.
A grant application has been submitted to the National Lottery Community Fund and we expect a response by early June 2026.
