Free Fun Fitness for the over 55's. Join us for fun, social and empowering group fitness sessions. We share fun ways to build natural movement into your daily routine, focusing on strength, mobility, balance and coordination, leaving you feeling confident in your day to day life. Activities including seated exercise and standing options.
