Join us for Free Fun Fitness for the over 55's. Join us for friendly and fun FREE fitness class in your local village hall. Bring your friends and make new ones as we exercise and stretch together. All abilities catered for. Arrive 10 minutes early on your first week to meet Marie, your instructor. Leave each week with a few new habits to build into your day. Focusing on strength, mobility, balance and co-ordination. Join us for a FREE cuppa & a biscuit after the class. Activities including seated exercises and standing options.
